Group Name: Canyonlands National Park Hiking from the Colorado

Group Description: Rafting Cataract Canyon on the Colorado River is on most Outdoor Adventurist’s Bucket List. This section of the Colorado River is famous for rapids bigger than the Grand Canyon during spring run-off, but this trip is about more than whitewater. It is about seeing the incredible landscape of Canyonlands National Park and hiking and exploring its side canyons and mesas. This trip originates from Moab, Utah and includes a scenic flight over Canyonlands National Park at the the conclusion of the river trip. Colorado River & Trail Expeditions provides all of the camping gear including cots and tents, as well as all meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Description: VP hikers, Sorry for the very late notice. With Saturday being the better day this weekend, we are going tomorrow. None of us have snowshoed this trail before, so we will hope the trail is broken. View the PDF of this snowshoe. Even I'm going this week as I'm back to normal! It's really the only place to hike out of mud and snow this weekend. Expect wet conditions and bring rain gear.
